Penny Ntuli Turns Down Lucrative Job Offer that wanted to pay her R70 000 per month
Radio personality Penny Ntuli recently revealed on Instagram that she declined a high-paying job offer to stay loyal to Jozi FM, the station that helped shape her career. In a heartfelt post, Ntuli shared the details of her decision, shedding light on her gratitude and respect for the people who supported her journey.
“Hey bomzala, I recently just got another Radio job offer that’s offering to pay very well,” she wrote. Ntuli explained that she spoke with Jozi FM’s CEO, Bab Njomane, about the opportunity, expecting some guidance. Instead, Njomane left the decision in her hands, telling her, “I trust you ngan yam to make the decision.”
Reflecting on her time at Jozi FM, Ntuli shared how much the station had done for her, particularly the patience and support she received from the CEO. “Mengbuka emumva [looking back], ubaba was patient with me, tried by all means to accommodate me eGoli, booked me into a hotel for a whole month, took me to work every day (yebo ngeV-Class nkos yam), but more than anything, gave me an opportunity to be On Air Monday to Friday on Jozi FM.”
